Bank Park car parks are different – very different. We offer friendly, fair and ethical car parking whilst also raising much needed funds for local charities. We have been proudly operating our ‘Park & Give’ scheme since we opened our first car park in Sheffield in September 2012. Our parking patrons choose Bank Park because we offer hourly, daily parking and contract parking at low prices with the added benefit of knowing they are giving to a great cause every time they park up - whether it’s for business or pleasure. And it’s our pleasure to welcome everyone to our car parks which are kept clean and tidy by our friendly team who are always on hand to help. Some car parks also host collection bins for unwanted items which makes it easy for parkers to ‘Park & Give’ in another way. This helps the charity’s retail outlets raise even more funds from the generosity of our parkers.

We offer total car park management schemes which are bespoke to every client. We are able to quickly assess parking problems and offer considered yet flexible solutions for any parking issue – from disused land to retail parks, from residential developments to commercial sites – we provide professional and realistic proposals and can respond quickly. Whether it’s standard pay and display machines, split ticketing, ANPR or enforcement we are able to offer a variety of services.

Every stage of the process is handled by Ashley and his team from initial discussions through to planning, liaison with architects and local authorities right through to actually clearing a site including demolition if necessary as well as making good , ground work, fencing , signage and installing ticket machines. One of our extremely successful and popular services is that we work with land owners and agents to turn disused land and that awaiting planning permission into profit.
We will assess and often visit the site in order to establish suitability for conversion to a car park. Often this land might require clearing of debris, foliage and sometimes buildings. Every stage of the process of change to usable land is handled by us from planning applications utilising our in house architects , legals, demolition, ground work, signage and installation of the required machinery. We are proud to say that we have 100% success rate on local authority planning applications. We can create short, medium or long term tenancies which can be leasehold or revenue share.
